Our agency designs insurance programs individually for each client.  This process begins with a survey and analysis of your business operations.  We then develop a risk management specification tailored to your needs and submit it to the most competitive construction insurance markets.  Upon receipt of their responses, we prepare a detailed insurance proposal for your review.

We have access to over 100 insurers who specialize in contracting exposures.  We market your account with the goal of obtaining the most comprehensive coverage and competitive pricing.  This is just the beginning of the process, however.  Once your insurance policies are issued, we provide ongoing coverage reviews, contract specification analysis, loss prevention services, experience modification analysis and projections.  We work closely with your estimating department to make sure your insurance costs are properly accounted for in your bid.   We prepare certificates of insurance keeping in mind that it represents your company to your customer.  Lastly, our claims department handles all reporting and follows up to make sure the claim is settled quickly, accurately and fairly.  Lost time worker’s compensation claims require continuous follow-up to return the employee to work as soon as possible.  We provide monthly reports to our clients and advise them of the status of their injured workers.
