The insurance programs we design for our clients have saved them from many catastropies over the years.  Below are a few of the examples where the insurance programs we designed mostly likely saved our client from going out of business.

June 1, 1998  A F2 tornado destroys our clients 60,000 square foot masonry non-combustible building in Northeast Philadelphia.














September 17, 1999  Hurricane Floyd hits the Philadelphia area.  A 30 foot deep sewer trench, dug by our client, fills with water run off and collapses.  The enitre block of row homes in Manayunk is destroyed due the foundations of the home being undermined by the collapse.














June 30, 2003     A Parking Garage under construction in Atlantic City, NJ, collapsed, killing four construction workers and injuring 21 others.
